These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover this website only. They do not cover ordering food, buying a gift card, or anything else that happens on another company’s website — see “Things that happen on other companies’ websites” below.

Who we are

Corridor 18 is a restaurant operated by Corridor 18 LLC. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Corridor 18 LLC.

Our address is 8532 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035. That is also where to send us anything formal about these terms.

Our phone number is on every page of this site, and our contact page has the rest.

What this site is, and what it is not

This site publishes information about our restaurant: our menu, our locations and opening hours, nutrition and allergen information, catering information, and ways to get in touch.

You cannot buy anything on this site. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, and no payment of any kind. We do not take card details on this site and we never have. There are no user accounts — you cannot register, log in, or create a profile, and we hold no account for you.

We may change or remove anything on this site at any time, and we may take it offline for maintenance without notice.

Things that happen on other companies’ websites

Some things you can start from this site finish somewhere else. When you leave, you are dealing with that company under that company’s terms, and these terms stop applying:

• Ordering online. “Order” links take you to Toast, on Toast’s own website. Your order, your payment, and any refund or cancellation of that order are between you and the restaurant through Toast’s service, on Toast’s terms.
• Gift cards. Gift cards are sold on a separate storefront operated by another provider, which publishes its own terms at the point of purchase. Please read them before buying.
• Spam protection on our forms. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated abuse.

We do not control those services, their availability, or their content.

Menu, allergen and nutrition information

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, and menus change. Items, prices, availability and ingredients may differ from what is shown here, and the menu you are served in the restaurant is the current one.

Allergens. We label items we have checked. An item without an allergen note has not been checked for that allergen — it does not mean the item is free from it. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell us before you order so we can help. We prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee that any item is free from any allergen.

Getting in touch, and our Burger Club

When you send us an enquiry or join our Burger Club, you give us what you type into the form. We use it to reply to you, or to send you the emails you asked for. Our privacy policy explains what we do with it.

Joining the Burger Club takes one step: you enter your email address and you are subscribed. Every email we send you has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

Please do not send us anything confidential through these forms, and please do not send us ideas or material you expect to be paid for or credited with. If you do send us something anyway, we may use it without obligation to you.

Our content

The text, photography, design, logos and menus on this site belong to us or to the people we license them from. You may look at the site, and print or save pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially, or use our name or logo, without our permission.

Using the site properly

Please do not try to break into the site, disrupt it, scrape it automatically, submit false information through our forms, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website we do so because we think it is useful. We are not responsible for what is on it.

Disclaimers

We provide this website, and the information on it, as it is. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that everything on it is complete and current at every moment. Menus, prices, hours and availability change.

This section is about the website, not about the food. Nothing in it limits or qualifies what we say about allergens above, and nothing in it applies to a meal we serve you. Those are separate from your use of this site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website — for example lost profits, lost business, or loss of data.

What we are not attempting to limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. California Civil Code section 1668 says a contract cannot exempt anyone from responsibility for their own fraud, willful injury, or violation of law, and we are not trying to.

This section is about the website, not about the food. It does not limit anything to do with a meal we serve you, or with the allergen information above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and the date it was last updated is at the top. If you keep using the site after we change them, the new terms apply.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about these terms or about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

There is no arbitration clause in these terms, and no class action waiver. You are not giving up your right to go to court or to take part in a class action by using this site. If that ever changes we will say so on this page and change the date at the top.
