Nutrition and allergens.
What the marks on our menu mean, which items carry them, and — the part that matters most — what an unmarked item does not tell you.
The dessert line, our ranch, and our Caesar dressing and coleslaw are confirmed parve (non-dairy).

Most of the menu carries no allergen mark at all. That is a statement about our marking, not about the food: an unmarked item has not been confirmed free of anything.
If you are avoiding an ingredient, please ask before you order rather than reading this page as a list of what is safe. Someone in the kitchen can answer for a specific dish on a specific day, which is a different and better thing than a page can do.
Two kinds of mark, and they work differently.
Preferences
These say what a dish is. If an item is marked vegan, it is the vegan one.
- Gluten free
- Marked gluten free on the menu.
- Vegan
- Marked vegan on the menu.
- Vegetarian
- Marked vegetarian on the menu.
Allergens
These are warnings. A mark means the item contains that ingredient. No mark does not mean it is free of it — it means we have not confirmed either way.
- Nuts
- Contains nuts.
- Sesame
- Contains sesame.

Allergens
These lists are what we know contains each ingredient. They are not the list of what is free of it — that list does not exist, and an item missing from one of these has not been checked rather than cleared.
Ask us before you order.
For anything you need to be certain about, a person is a better answer than a page.
